Introducing the NEW Patient Portal at Floyd County Medical Center

Floyd County Medical Center is pleased to announce that our new Patient Portal, myfcmchealth, will be available to patients beginning in April 2014. This interactive web Portal will empower patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy and secure access to their health information.

The Portal, myfcmchealth, gives patients instant access to their health information, including laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, demographic information, visit history, discharge/aftercare information, and more. In addition to handling their own care, parents and health care proxies with authorized consent, will appreciate the ability to access the records of those individuals for whom they manage care. We hope this new tool will help you take an active role in your healthcare.

Patients who would like to participate in myfcmchealth can enroll on or after April 1, 2014. If you have an appointment at the hospital, bring your email address, photo ID, and let the admissions staff know you would like to participate in the Portal.  If you don’t have an appointment, bring this information to the Medical Records Department and we can help you in setting up your Portal. When we have your information, you will receive an email with a link assisting you in completing the enrollment process.
